This 80-minute initial session includes a 20 minute introductory conversation period during which the client will have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss “what to expect,” and share any background information, goals, desires or intentions that they might want Pilar to hear. The remaining 60 minutes will be dedicated to reiki and deep relaxation.

This 60-minute follow-up session includes 50 minutes of reiki and deep relaxation as well as 5 minutes before and after for intention-setting and feedback discussions.
